Who is eligible to purchase on your site?
Clients who are over the age of 19 and live in Canada are qualified to purchase medical marijuana through our site.
Is it safe?
The main reason we started our website was to make accessibility to cannabis related products as simple and convenient as possible for customers. It had come to our attention that there had been quite a few fake online dispensaries that were scamming customers. We are largely against this and this issue sparked our interest to start our own website. We are huge advocates of cannabis use for its various medical benefits, thus we wanted to make access to cannabis products as simple, convenient, and reliable as possible. How will my order be packaged?
Cannabis is placed in a sealed bag and then vacuum sealed again before being placed in a box.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We only ship to Canadian addresses
How do I order?
- Browse through our store and add items you would like to our cart.
- Checkout securely and safely using Interac e-transfer
- Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once PAYMENT is RECEIVED. You will have a tracking number within 1-2 business days of sending payment.
- If you do not send payment within 48 hours your order will regretfully be cancelled.
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
If you like to add or edit your order, we ask of you to make a brand new order with the correct adjustments and email us regarding your old order so we can cancel it.
If you want to cancel your order that is not processed yet, you ca go into the system and cancel. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number being the subject line.
Are your pictures real?
Yes, all of our images are taken by our own photographers and of our very own products. You may notice the product images changing over time to reflect new and different products.
What happens if I don’t get my package?
If you do not get your package within 3 business days of the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will start a investigation (which can take up to 5 business days to complete). If they locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will get it a few days later.
Due to a recent increase of lost, delayed, and seized packages by Canada Post, at this time we are no longer guaranteeing any orders being shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Rural Quebec, or First Nations Reserves. Order at your own risk if shipping to these location

What type of shipping service do you use?
We ship every package using Express Post by Canada Post.
Tracking information has not been updating?
If you are tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in sometime, it is most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. Usually if you check back within 24 hours this will be update.
How will my order be packaged?
Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are packaged in a plain and discreet manner with no indication of the contents. All contents will be vacuum sealed.
Where can I track my package?
You can track your package at the Canada Post website.
Tracking number is invalid
It may take up to 48 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number. If after 48 hours the tracking does not work please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com
What payments options are available?
At the moment we are only accepting Interac e-transfers & Bitcoin. Payment instructions will be provided with your order. We will only start preparing your order when the transfer has been received. After we receive the payment, your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

What if I don’t send payment for my order?
Once an order is made it will be placed on hold until we receive payment, we will keep your order on hold for up to 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order.
If you need more than 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to give us an email at email@example.com so we don’t cancel your order.
I have sent an Interac e-transfer, what happens next?
e-Transfers can take up to 2 hours to process within our system and notify us about your pending transfer. If within a few hours we haven’t accepted your payment don’t be alarmed. We are probably working on other orders. Orders will be processed in the order of when payment was received.
